No cookies are used to track you. Data is not shared with any other Google Services. All data is deleted after a maximum of 14 months.

  • Student data is deleted when a teacher or student deletes the account, or after classroom closure.
  • Backups are retained for 30 days after deletion.

You can delete your account anytime in your settings or by contacting us.
We do not retain student data longer than necessary for educational purposes. Teachers, parents, or students (when applicable) can request data deletion at any time.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU/UK) without consent. Student accounts can only be created with a teacher invitation and parental consent where required. If a student under 13 is using our Service via a classroom invitation, the school or teacher is responsible for obtaining verifiable parental consent.
We comply with applicable student data privacy laws, including FERPA, COPPA, SOPPA, SOPIPA, NY Ed Law 2-D, and GDPR. We use student data solely to provide and improve our educational services.
