Claude is a Congolese-Dutch singer and songwriter whose warm, multilingual pop has made him one of the Netherlands' most exciting young artists.
Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, he moved to the Netherlands as a child and grew up in Enkhuizen. He broke through in 2022 with his debut single "Ladada (Mon dernier mot)," which topped the Dutch charts, and released his debut album "Parler français" in 2024. In 2025 he represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest with "C'est la vie," finishing 12th in the Grand Final.
"Amour" is one of his follow-up singles, and like much of his music it glides between Dutch and French, the two languages that shape his voice and his story.
