Hades66, an artist from Puerto Rico, fills “ScattPack” with the voice of a street boss who is showing off his power, money, weapons, cars, and sexual confidence. The title refers to a Dodge Scat Pack, a fast, expensive-looking car that becomes part of his image: “I don't give a fuck, en el Scat Pack” [I don't care, in the Scat Pack]. He says he is “from the block” [from the neighborhood or street], carries Gucci like a backpack, and links Glock pistols with the sound “crack-crack.” The mood is aggressive and boastful, with lines about enemies, threats, drugs, and women who want sex. Some of it is deliberately excessive and blunt, especially when he orders women to move and uses graphic sexual language.
The song also turns street talk into sports and crime-movie references. He compares himself to basketball stars Karl Malone, Michael Jordan, and John Stockton, while “Cosa Nostra,” “the godfather,” and “el padrino” [the godfather] give him a mafia-boss role. The war imagery gets darker when he asks, “¿Qué sabes tú de vivir en guerra?” [What do you know about living in war?] and mentions betrayal, blood calling for more blood, and a “Draco” described as a vampire. “Más bicho, más droga, más sexo” [more dick, more drugs, more sex] sums up the song’s relentless appetite for danger, pleasure, and chaos. It is a loud, menacing character performance, packed with Puerto Rican street slang and rapid-fire flexes rather than a story with a clear beginning and end.
